"We are so sorry about the fact that the stems were not in stock. We placed an order with Estelle 3 weeks ago which included restocking of our glassware and also included enough stemmed wines to fulfill your order. Unfortunately on Monday, the week of the shower only half of our shipment arrived. We contacted Estelle and they assured us that it would be here asap. We thought they would be here by the shower, but they did not arrive. Again, we apologize for having to send a card for an item that we normally have in stock. If there is anything that we can do to help please let us know."
